Most of us operate on certain beliefs and assumptions, probably most of the time, that usually go unquestioned.  These beliefs and assumptions may have even worked for us at certain stages of our lives. Either way, it behooves us to question the assumptions upon which we depend and operate. This becomes especially critical when we bump up against frustrating issues whose solution continue to evade us. We may unknowingly be orienting ourselves to life from a point of view that is erroneous.     As I continue to study and  ponder the various dilemmas that confront humankind, one of the most effective long term strategies I've recognized is  SYNERGY. "the interaction or cooperation of two or more organizations, substances, or other agents to produce a combined effect greater than the sum of their separate effects ." In order for something new to emerge in the human context, you need WILL, ENERGY, IMAGINATION As individuals, we can supply the will and the imagination, but energy requires two or more.  Energy is always the result of synergistic  relationship. Like two protons converging to liberate light, when two or more people synergize, power is released and the partnership can direct that power-that release of energy- toward the good.
