Beliefs and Assumptions to Question
Most of us operate on certain beliefs and assumptions, probably most of the time, that usually go unquestioned. These beliefs and assumptions may have even worked for us at certain stages of our lives. Either way, it behooves us to question the assumptions upon which we depend and operate. This becomes especially critical when we bump up against frustrating issues whose solution continue to evade us. We may unknowingly be orienting ourselves to life from a point of view that is erroneous.
